For Teens . . .
Rebecca Lokos lives in Montgomery County, Maryland, and counsels teens and young adults in the DMV area. She is also on staff at Shady Grove PCA as a youth ministry assistant. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
After receiving a B.A. from Messiah College, Becca received her M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. She has a deep heart for youth and young adults as she sees how formative – and often challenging – this period of their life is. In her own life, and in ministry to others, she has found the Biblical counseling method embraces the intersect of faith and mental health and provides a rich understanding of who we are, what our purpose is, how to wisely interpret and respond to life circumstances, and where we can find comfort, hope, and healing.
